The Ministry of Defence, intends to procure seven Fire Warning System (FWS) for Sindhughosh class submarine. Fire Warning System is required to automatic early warning of the outbreak and location of developing fire by way of an audio alarm and on a display unit, thereby alerting the watchkeeper and firefighting organization to take necessary actions.
