Brief Details: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) for Indigenously Develop the aviation item of AN-32 aircraft.
EOI is invited from reputed Indian firms based in India having technical and financial capability, infrastructure and experience to execute the project.
The project will involve establishing a Replacement/Development technology for reclaiming certain An-32 aircraft LRUs.
This includes Qualification test, development of spares/tools/jigs along with certification and delivery within strict timelines.
Technical Capability. The firm responding to EoI should have the following prequalification and must submit documents to support their eligibility.
- Must possess experience in aeronautical design, development, repair, overhaul, reclamation & certification of electronic/ mechanical/ electromechanical/airframe/ aero engine aggregates, avionics (as applicable).
- Familiarity with IMTAR-21, RCMA / CEMILAC certification procedures and preferably experience in certification of products and services.
- Familiarity with the supply chains for aeronautical quality components and materials, special tools and machinery.
- Availability of manufacturing and fabrication facility/ out sourcing (indicate plan and extent of outsourcing) as applicable to the project.
- List the in-house test facilities including those planned for outsourcing as applicable to the project.
- Ability to generate the requisite human resource for the project through training and certification.
