Brief Details: The Ministry of Defence, Government of India, intends to procure quantity one (01) High Performance Human Centrifuge with fly wheel generator for No. 1 Aeromedical Training Centre, Air Force under ‘Buy Global’ category of Defence Acquisition Procedure 2020 (DAP-2020) (generic nomenclature of equipment and approximate quantity) for training of aircrew.
The High Performance Human Centrifuge (HPHC) is intended for training the fighter aircrew to understand the physiological effects of acceleration, combat G stress and learn effective Anti-G Straining Manoeuvre (AGSM) under a controlled and safe environment.
