ISRO has come out with a RFP/Tender for RF Agile Transceiver AD9361 CSL.
The item specifications are as under:
- RF transceivers with integrated 12-bit DACs and ADCs – 2 X 2
- Transmit band: 46.875 MHz to 6.0 GHz
- Receive band: 70 MHz to 6.0 GHz
- Receiver sensitivity with a NF : 2 dB at 800 MHz LO
- Real-time monitor and control signals for manual gain and Independent AGC – Yes
- Transmit EVM: 40 dB (typical) at 800 MHz
- Integrated fractional – N synthesizers 2.4 Hz typical LO frequency step size
- Multichip synchronization capable – Yes
- Digital interface: CMOS and LVDS in SDR and DDR modes
- Wafer Diffusion lot traceability – Yes
